Many companies run boats between Bali and the Gilis. The most common way to book is through an agent but note that prices can vary widely and it's been heard of people selling fake tickets.

Eka Jaya

Eka Jaya runs big comfortable catamarans and do stop at Gili Meno.
The weather in the gilis differ a lot from Bali and even Lombok, the main reason being clouds get stuck on their big mountains. Many times when it's thunderstorms on Lombok it is sunny on the gilis.
